Why membership in IUFRO is important to Scion
Good science requires connectivity. IUFRO provides access to a valuable network that brings scientists together on a global level.
Through the IUFRO network we strengthen our collective ability to address issues ranging from specific scientific questions to high-level strategic issues. IUFRO offers an important forum for scientists to gain consensus and influence policy decisions.
As a relatively small and geographically isolated country, we welcome the opportunity to be part of this community.
