Niels Elers Koch has very recently been appointed Dean of the Faculty of Life Sciences (LIFE) at Copenhagen University for a transition period from 1 January to 31 December 2012. During this time, Niels will be responsible for leading and coordinating major restructuring efforts at LIFE.
This means that Niels will be even more busy in the coming year. At the same time, his appointment will add further prestige also to IUFRO and will help to further raise awareness about our global network.
IUFRO wishes its President all the best in his new task!
