What are YOU looking forward to at the IUFRO 125th Anniversary Congress?

In the 25 weeks leading up to the Congress members and partners of IUFRO from all over the world will tell us what "interconnecting forests, science and people" means to them.

In the run-up to the 125th Anniversary Congress of IUFRO to take place from 18-22 September 2017 in Freiburg, Germany, Congress organizers, representatives of major international partners and donors of IUFRO, IUFRO Honorary Members, students, and, of course, IUFRO scientists from all over the world, will make statements about why IUFRO is important for them and what they expect from the Congress.

The first to have provided such valuable testimonials are:

Mike Wingfield, IUFRO President, South Africa:
"I look forward to CELEBRATING the amazing accomplishments of IUFRO over the past 125 years, to ENGAGING with my many friends connected to IUFRO, and to GAINING NEW KNOWLEDGE from the outstanding research of the many forest researchers that will attend the meeting." http://iufro2017.com/testimonials/#wingfield

Konstantin von Teuffel, Chair of the Congress Organizing Committee, Germany:
