About Unit
Working Party 2.02.05 brings together all aspects of research in IUFRO on breeding and genetic resources of Douglas-fir, Contorta pine, Sitka spruce and Abies. It comprises a group of conifers with natural distributions mainly in northwestern North America but also of economic importance elsewhere, especially in northern Europe.
