Adaptation of standard reference models (e.g. Supply-Chain Operations Reference-model SCOR) to address, improve, and communicate supply-chain management practices within businesses and between businesses (B2B). Analysis, design, and improvement of order fullfillment processes.
Integration and automation of business practices. Design of interfaces to standard ERP systems (e.g. SAP) to automate data gathering. Electronic data exchange for business to business B2B transactions within the timber supply chain, linking suppliers and manufacturers by shared common databases, barcoding systems, RFID systems, etc.
