Presentations
Please bring your presentation with you on a USB stick and hand it to our audio-visual expert at 8am the morning of your presentation or on Sunday at registration
Registration and welcome event Sunday
Registration will open on Sunday at 5pm with a welcome event in the Novotel foyer. There will be food and beverage available. Please note that registration will open on Monday before 8.30am.
Conference opening
On Monday, the conference will be opened with a traditional Māori welcome by local iwi (tribe) Ngāti Whakaue. Please assemble in the foyer of the Novotel by 8.20am. After this time you will not be able to enter the room. Our team will support you during the formalities.
Gala Dinner
The Gala dinner will be held at Skyline Rotorua. A bus will depart from the Novotel at 5.45pm. The dinner is included in the full conference package. The bus will return to the Novotel at 10pm. You can still register at the Conference website.
Fieldtrip reminder
Please ensure you bring covered shoes, appropriate clothing, and sun protection to be prepared for all weather conditions.
