  This was a Division 1 meeting in France in June 2004.
  The papers presented at the meeting included several on uneven-aged silviculture and can be found in Forest Ecology and Management (volume 209(1-2)). Extended abstracts were published in 2005 in IUFRO World Series Volume 15 (ed. by J. Parrotta, H.-F. Maitre, D. Auclair, M.-H. Lafond).
