Economics and Environmental Forestry Legislation in Latin American Countries
La Red Latinoamericana de Derecho Forestal Ambiental (RELADEFA), dentro del marco del Grupo de Trabajo 9.06.01 de IUFRO, ha compilado información sobre la situación de los bosques en 15 países latinoamericanos, con énfasis especial en los marcos jurídicos forestales y los efectos relacionados en el manejo y la administración, el estado de economía, así como también la protección forestal y de la naturaleza. No se trata de una publicación de carácter científica sino principalmente de divulgación para que los lectores conozcan la situación de cada país.
The Latin American Network of Environmental Forestry Law (RELADEFA), within the framework of IUFRO Working Party 9.06.01, has compiled information about the situation of forests in 15 Latin American countries, with special emphasis on forest legal frameworks and related effects on management and administration, state of economy as well as forest and nature protection. The outcome is not a scientific publication but is mainly intended for communication purposes so that readers learn about the situation of each country.
In einer seit April 2021 laufenden, 17-teiligen Artikelserie gibt die Forstzeitung in einer Kooperation mit IUFRO Einblick in forstrechtliche Rahmenbedingungen und deren Auswirkungen auf die Forstwirtschaft Lateinamerikas. Weitere Artikel werden im Lauf des Jahres 2022 veröffentlicht. IUFRO bedankt sich bei der Forstzeitung wie auch den Autoren, stellvertretend Peter Herbst, für die Genehmigung, die Artikel als Ergänzung zum Occasional Paper 35 publizieren zu dürfen.

En la IUFRO, el Grupo de Trabajo 9.06.01 se ocupa del derecho forestal y la legislación ambiental en Iberoamérica. IUFRO desea dar las gracias a todos los expertos involucrados en este grupo, que también representan la RELADEFA (Red Latinoamericana de Derecho Forestal Ambiental), y especialmente a Gloria Sanclemente Zea por coordinar el trabajo. IUFRO Working Party 9.06.01 deals with forestry law and environmental legislation in Ibero-America. In IUFRO ist die Arbeitsgruppe 9.06.01 mit Forstrecht und Umweltgesetzgebung in Iberoamerika befasst. IUFRO bedankt sich bei allen beteiligten Experten und Expertinnen dieser Gruppe, die gleichzeitig das Netzwerk RELADEFA (Netzwerk für Forstrecht und Umweltgesetzgebung in Lateinamerika) repräsentieren.
